Delivery Costs and Information for all Sealants and Adhesives

The Delivery Information below is for all products ordered from the 'Sealants & Adhesive Section'

You may receive more than one delivery if you order from multiple sections. For delivery information for the other sections please click section names: Panelling & Flooring Products, 

 Orders placed before 1pm are normally sent out same day on a Next Day Service (if available). Orders placed after cut-off may still go out depending on workload. If you would like to find out if we can send your order after cut-off time please call 01264 359984.

You will be notified via email about the progress of your order, such as 'Awaiting Despatch' and then 'Your Order has Been Despatched'

Pricing:

• To provide the simplest and cheapest possible delivery service we charge a flat rate delivery fee.
  

• Your shipping charge is automatically calculated for you at the checkout page, so simply add your requirements to the basket and view basket to display this.

How do we deliver?

• Orders of 1-3 tubes of Silicone, Sealant or other small items can be sent via Packet Post or Courier.
  

• Orders of 4 or more items will automatically be sent via Courier (Interlink)

Tracking:

• Packet Post orders cannot be tracked but are sent via our Business Account and get preferential treatment and should be delivered within 1-2 days of despatch.
• Orders sent via courier are delivered by Interlink. They will email you on the morning of your delivery day to notify you of your 'Hour Delivery Slot'. If this is not convenient you have the option to arrange a re-delivery time at no extra cost. You can also track on-line the status of your order.
