multiPANEL Collection Products:
If you are ordering multiPANEL, tilePANEL, ceilingPANEL, twinFLOOR and/or soundPANEL products deliveries are made to most areas twice per week, so delivery is normally within working 3 days. For Finished Edges and Tongue & Groove edged multiPANEL's please allow 7-10 days.
After we have received your order we will send you an email confirmation of your delivery date usually within 24 hours. The day before your delivery the delivering depot will contact you to advise of an *estimated time of arrival.
If you are ordering Showerwall delivery is normally within 3 working days from order. We will contact you by email to notify you of your planned delivery date, usually within 24 hours.
Orders are delivered via Courier. Please check that you are signing for the correct number of packages and if in any doubt please sign as' damaged' on the drivers paperwork. In most cases it's just the packaging that is ripped or damaged and the panels are fine. Failure to sign as damaged means we are unable to claim off the courier and therefore may not be able to offer you FOC Replacements.
Geo-Panels can be delivered next working day if requested and are ordered before 12 noon (Mon-Thurs). Standard delivery time is 2 working days from order.

Aqua-Step Flooring:(Mini or Original)
Aqua-Step Mini or Original designs can be delivered next working day if requested and are ordered before 12 noon (Mon-Thurs). Standard delivery time is 2 working days from order.

Depending on the number of samples you are ordering they will either be sent by 1st Class Packet or by Courier.
We try and send samples out on the working day that we receive them but please allow upto 5 days in some cases. If we do not have one of the samples that you requested we may put in an alternative or not include it.
