Returns for unwanted items:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. You can return your order for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. We are only able to offer this guarantee on the basis that the goods being returned are in a resellable condition.

Please note that for returns or exchange requests it is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return transport and this amount will not be refunded. We recommend that you take out insurance with the provider you select. If the provider damages the goods during return transit, we may not refund you and you may need to make a claim from your chosen provider to recover your losses. If you request an exchange you will be required to pay the cost to send the exchanged items (unless we are exchanging accepted damaged items)

Please contact us on 01264 359984 (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) in order for us to provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN). Once we have provided you with this we will email you instructions of how to return your item(s).

Items received damaged, short or incorrect:

We can only offer you a refund or free replacements if we have been notified in writing along with photo evidence within 48 hours of you receiving delivery. The delivery must also be signed for as damaged, with the word ‘damaged’ clearly written. Signing ‘unchecked’ means just this and that you except that you have not checked the items and that they may be damaged, short delivered or incorrect.
