Factory Direct Delivery: This product is delivered direct from the manufacturer on average within 3-7 days from order processing.

How it works: After you have placed and paid for your order, we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm your expected delivery date. In most cases the delivery depot or driver will call you on the day of your delivery to confirm that someone will be available to receive the delivery and maybe to ask any questions on access and directions.

Access to your property or location: Deliveries can sometimes be made on large lorries. Please consider access to your property or location. Please make us aware if there may be an issue.

Collect from AB Building Products: Should you wish to collect your order directly from AB Building Products, please select "Collect from AB Building Products" in the Checkout. We will then contact you to confirm when the goods will be ready for collection.

Need an urgent delivery? It may be possible to receive delivery sooner. If you require urgent delivery or have any special requirements please place your order and then email or call us. Alternatively if you are in a position we can arrange for you to collect from one of our many collection locations. for more information on this, please see below.

(Orders must be placed via AB Building Product to receive a Collection Reference Number, which will be required to collect your order, no goods will be released without this. These locations are warehouse units and don't have sales counters available). Please wait to receive your Collection Reference Number BEFORE setting off or arriving at the depot location.
