Hodgson Silfix LMN Silicone Sealant is a low modulus, neutral cure silicone engineered for the demands of trade professionals, ensuring durable, weatherproof seals across various construction applications.

Ideal For: 

• Sealing penetration joints, gutters, facias, trims, and flashings in both domestic and metal-clad buildings. 
• Perimeter pointing and sealing around timber, metal, and PVCu windows and doors. 
• General construction joints requiring a durable, weather-resistant seal. 

Technical Specifications: 

• Curing Rate: Approximately 2mm in 24 hours at 23°C and 55% RH. 
• Skinning Time: Forms a skin after about 30 minutes under standard conditions. 
• Service Temperature Range: -40°C to +150°C, suitable for various climates and conditions. 
• Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in unopened cartridges under cool, dry conditions.
