Dispatch & Cut-Off

• Dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
• 12:00pm cut-off for same-day dispatch
• Orders placed after 12:00pm are dispatched the next working day

• FREE Economy Delivery: 3 to 4 working days, Monday to Friday
• Postcode surcharges may apply
• Next Working Day Delivery, Monday to Friday, 12pm cut-off

Delivery Method

• Delivered via curtain-sided lorry
• Delivery window: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Signature required on delivery
• Maximum waiting time: 20 minutes

This is not a timed delivery service.
AM or PM delivery slots can be arranged at an additional cost of £30.00 exc. VAT. Please contact us to book.

Next Day Delivery Refunds

If a Next Working Day delivery is not delivered on time, the order will be charged at the Economy delivery rate and the difference refunded on request.

Residential Deliveries

• Kerbside delivery only
• Customers must be able to unload items weighing up to 25kg
• Drivers are unable to assist with unloading
• The delivery driver will call in advance of arrival

If access is restricted, the driver may request to meet as close to the property as possible.

Business Deliveries

Please advise us in advance if you do not have forklift access. Options include:

• Tail-lift delivery, additional charge
• Hand unloading at your own risk

• Large vehicle access must be confirmed before dispatch
• Items cannot be left without a signature
• International shipping is available. Please contact us with your full delivery address and order requirements.

Express Parcel Delivery

Parcel orders placed before the 2pm cut-off are sent out on a Standard Next Working Day service. One simple rate, whatever you order and however much of it.

Pallet and Large Item Delivery

Some products are too large or heavy for standard parcel courier delivery, including decking, cladding, wall panels and lengths over 2.4m. Delivery times vary depending on product brand or type.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Our driver will unload to the nearest accessible point at your address and cannot carry goods inside or around a property. Please make sure someone is available to receive and move the goods.

If your order contains both pallet and Express Parcel items, you'll only be charged once, at the pallet rate.

For items quoted individually, please contact us with your order requirements and delivery address and we'll come back to you with a price.

Delivered Direct from the Manufacturer

A small number of ranges, including Multipanel, Cladco, Wallbarn and Crosswater, are sent to you directly from the manufacturer rather than from our Andover warehouse. These items are clearly marked on the product page.

Dispatch Days

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after the stated cut-off time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times & Availability

• Delivery services and lead times vary by product and location.
• Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options may not be available for all UK locations.
• Saturday delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm on Friday.
• Northern Ireland customers should call to confirm availability.
• Delivery services are not guaranteed, and AB Building Products Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control.
• We strongly advise not booking trades or installation work until you have received and checked your order.

Access & Delivery Responsibility

Some products are delivered on large vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us before dispatch of any access restrictions, including narrow roads or lanes, low bridges, restricted turning circles and parked vehicles.

Failure to notify us in advance may result in additional charges or re-delivery costs.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues, no one being available to receive the order, or refusal to accept incurred charges, any failed delivery or return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Mainland Europe

We can ship most products to all mainland European countries. We will require your full ship-to address and order requirements.

If you are purchasing as a business, for business purposes, or to an address registered as a business, then we will require an EORI number for customs and imports. To request a shipping quote, please contact us.
