Welcome Discount – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Welcome Discount is available to new customers who sign up to be added to the email marketing list of AB Building Products and is valid on their first order only. It cannot be applied to previous purchases, outstanding balances, or sample orders.
  2. Minimum Spend
    A minimum order value of £100 (Excluding VAT) is required to activate The Welcome Discount. This minimum value applies to items and is not applicable to delivery fees.
  3. Exclusions
    This offer cannot be applied to items in the Clearance category. No other product exclusions apply unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
  4. One-Time Use
    The discount code is valid for one use per customer only. Multiple uses or attempts to bypass these limits may result in the cancellation of orders or accounts.
  5. Non-Transferable & Not Combinable
    The Welcome Discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes, vouchers, or trade discounts. It is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
  6. Returns & Refunds
    If an order placed using The Welcome Discount is returned or refunded in part or full, the value of the discount will not be reinstated or reissued. The discount is voided once used.
  7. Geographic and Platform Limitations
    The Welcome Discount is valid for online orders only made via www.abbuildingproducts.co.uk and is limited to customers within the United Kingdom.
  8. Redemption
    The code must be entered at checkout on the AB Building Products website to be valid. It cannot be applied retrospectively or via email, phone, or in-store.
  9. Right to Withdraw
    AB Building Products reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Andover Soapbox Derby Promo Code – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility & Redemption
    The Andover Soapbox Derby Promo Code offers £10 off the total order and is available to customers who received the code as part of the Soapbox Derby event promotion.
  2. Minimum Spend Requirement
    A minimum order value of £100 (Excluding VAT) is required to activate The Andover Soapbox Derby Promo Code. This minimum value applies to items and is not applicable to delivery fees.
  3. Exclusions
    This offer cannot be applied to items in the Clearance category. No other product exclusions apply unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
  4. One-Time Use
    The code is limited to one use per customer and cannot be reused online. For in-store use, the code may be accepted once per customer at staff discretion upon presentation of the Soapbox Derby event programme.
  5. Expiry Date
    The offer is valid until 23:59 on 1st September 2025. After this date, the promo code will no longer be accepted online or in-store.
  6. Stacking Restrictions
    This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, trade discounts, or cart-level offers.
  7. Returns & Refunds
    If any part of an order placed using the promo code is returned or refunded, the £10 discount will not be reissued or reapplied. The discount is voided once used.
  8. Geographic Limitation
    The promo code is valid for use within the United Kingdom only.
  9. Redemption 
    • Online: The code must be manually entered at checkout on www.abbuildingproducts.co.uk before completing the purchase.
    • In-Store: Present the Soapbox Derby event programme or request application at staff discretion.
  10. Right to Withdraw
    AB Building Products reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

£5 Off Voucher – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The £5 Off Voucher is available exclusively to returning customers who have previously made a purchase at www.abbuildingproducts.co.uk and have newly subscribed to AB Building Products’ email marketing as of 30th May 2025.
  2. Minimum Spend Requirement
    The voucher is valid on orders with a minimum spend of £100 excluding VAT. This minimum value applies to items and is not applicable to delivery fees.
  3. Exclusions
    This offer cannot be applied to items in the Clearance category. No other product exclusions apply unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
  4. One-Time Use

Black Friday Promotion 2024

AB Building Products Black Friday Promotion is valid on selected products between 25th November at 10:00 am GMT and 2nd December 2024 at 17:00 pm GMT. 

Discounts apply to the selected products or categories stated online and in-store: Unit 18 Smeaton Road, West Portway, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3LF, United Kingdom.  

Discounts will not be accepted on orders retrospectively and no price adjustments can be made for previous orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s). 

Discounts apply only to purchases made using accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, Discovery and Mastercard credit card, debit card, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Googlepay and ApplePay. 

All prices displayed exclude VAT but are subject to include VAT at the current rate of 20%. 

AB Building Products accepts no liability for the cancellation of the Black Friday promotion or any changes made to the terms and conditions.  

AB Building Products is not responsible for technical errors or interruptions, including any website unavailability or transaction issues that may prevent a customer from completing a purchase during the promotion period. 

Excludes any associated delivery charges.
