If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, please let us know within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only.
Please contact us on 01264 359984 (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) in order for us to provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN). Once we have provided you with this we will email you instructions of how to return your item(s).
How to Return/Exchange Items
To return an item please enclose your invoice and goods and return to:

We would recommend that you return your items via a registered postal service. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
If a full refund (excluding the original delivery costs) is required, we need to be informed 14 days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days of receipt of the original order back to us.
Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are used or damaged.
A restocking fee may be charged to you equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods for all products returned to us.
