AB Building Products in partnership with S Morris, can supply a range of BSI quality assured floor screeds from S Morris’s dedicated screed plant which is based at Tout Quarry, Somerset.

Using the most technologically advanced screed plant in the South West, this ensures that we will deliver a consistent quality screed every single time.

‘Cemfloor’ flowing screed is also available from the Amesbury plant 

With a range of locations across the South West, AB Building Products and S Morris are ideally located to deliver to Bridgwater,Exeter, Bristol, Salisbury, Poole and everywhere in between, Yeovil, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Chard to name just a few.

All screeds are tested for workability, flexural and compressive strength by making prisms and testing them in-house at Tout Quarry.

Traditional Screed

The selection of raw materials ensures that the screeds are always the best that can be provided.  Cement/sand screed are designed to be easily finished and offer great durability. Anti-crack fibres can be added if required or early drying additives to help fast track your project. Retarder is normally supplied in traditional screed.

Liquid Screed

Our liquid flowing screed uses Gypsol binder or Cemfloor binder screed which is ideal for under floor heating systems. Our screeds improve the efficiency of the under floor heating system by improving the heat transfer as the screed fully encases the pipes leaving no air pockets.

Gypsol screed is environmentally friendly when compared to traditional screeds. Gypsol binder screeds release more than 95% less carbon dioxide when compared to the production processes of traditional sand cement screed.
