Delivery Information
All orders are despatched Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). Despatch cut-off time is 12pm. Orders received after 12pm cut-off will be despatched next working day.

Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) - 12pm Cut Off , Saturday - Price on request
> Delivery is made via a curtain-sided lorry between 8:00am and 5pm Monday-Friday.
> Signature required on receipt of the order.
> Waiting time per delivery will be a maximum of 20 minutes.
> This is not a timed delivery service. If an AM/PM delivery service is required, it can be booked at an additional cost of £30.00. Please contact us to arrange this service.
Next Day deliveries not delivered on time will be charged at Economy Service rates and difference refunded on request. To receive Next Day delivery, orders must be placed by 12 noon. Some UK locations may not be eligible for Next Day. The product can be shipped worldwide. Please contact us for pricing. Please include your full order and full order requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery for this item may be made on large vehicles. It is your responsibility to inform us of any access problems that large vehicles may have, such as parked cars, low bridges, tight or narrow roads or lanes, turning circles etc.
Residential addresses: Delivery is kerb-side only so please ensure you are able to unload and carry goods up to 25Kg. Drivers are unable to assist with unloading. The delivery driver will call you in advance of arrival. If access is difficult or not possible, the delivery driver may request to meet you as close to your property as possible.
Business addresses: Please let us know if you do not have use of a forklift. If you don't have access to a forklift, we can book delivery using a tail-lift at an extra cost or you can hand-unload at your own risk.
Failure to notify us in advance of any of the above may mean that you will be requested, and liable, to pay for a re-delivery charge. If you refuse to pay any incurred costs and the item is returned back to us, then any incurred failed delivery and / or return costs will be deducted from your refund. The same applies if you are not home at the time of attempted delivery. This product cannot be left without a signature.
