- Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 2pm, Monday-Thursday, to receive next-day delivery on stocked items. Choose from Standard Next Day, Next Day by 12pm, or Next Day by 1pm options.
- Friday Orders: Orders placed before 2pm are delivered on Monday, or select Saturday Delivery at checkout for weekend convenience.
Our stocked items are shipped primarily through DX Express, ensuring reliable delivery options like Next Day, Economy (2-3 days), or specialised Saturday services. Eligible products are marked with our “Next Working Day Delivery” banner for easy identification.
Delivery Rates and Shipping Zones
We offer accurate, location-based shipping rates at checkout, with economy delivery options for convenience. Rates are as follows:
- UK Mainland: £4.80
- London Congestion Zone: £5.51
- Isle of Wight: £9.59
- Highlands: £12.71
- Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey: £27.23

Free Collection from Our Andover Location
If you prefer to collect your order, we offer free in-store pickup at our Andover location: Unit 18 Smeaton Road, West Portway Industrial Estate, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3LF. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Specialty Product Delivery
Certain items, including Expanding Foam Kits and Shower Wall Panels, have specific delivery requirements:
- Expanding Foam Kits: Due to hazardous shipping regulations, these items are sent through approved couriers. Next Day and Economy options are available across the UK Mainland, with EU delivery options available upon request.
- Shower Wall Panels: Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer, with average delivery times of 2-5 days. Contact us for quicker options, or arrange depot pickup where available.
Decking and Custom Deliveries
- AB Decking: Our in-stock AB Decking and decking tiles are available for Next Day or 2-3 day delivery. Larger or commercial orders can be arranged through our customer service team, with design support available.
- Manufacturer-Direct Decking: Twinson & NewTechWood products ship directly from the manufacturer. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date.
International and EU Shipping Options
We offer international shipping for silicones, adhesives, and select products to various EU countries and beyond, including:
