IMPORTANT NOTICE |
INTRODUCING THE FROTH-PAK INSULATION SYSTEM AND ITS ADVANTAGES
The Froth-Pak insulation system is a professional-grade solution for swiftly and effortlessly producing high-quality closed-cell PU foam directly on-site. The system is conveniently packaged as a kit with two pressurized tanks connected to a dispensing gun via hoses. Within minutes, this system generates a frothy substance that solidifies into a robust structure. The resulting foam delivers exceptional air sealing and insulation properties, adds structural reinforcement, reduces noise, and resists moisture and smoke.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FROTH-PAK 180 AND FROTH-PAK 600?
The main difference between Froth-Pak 180 and Froth-Pak 600 is in the approx. surface coverage. For example, when applied at a thickness of 25mm, Froth-Pak 180 covers approximately 18m², while Froth-Pak 600 extends to around 55m². As foam thickness increases, the estimated surface coverage decreases.
CAN THE FROTH PAK INSULATION SYSTEM BE USED BY BEGINNERS?
Although Froth Pak is designed to be user-friendly, as part of safer working initiatives, it is now mandatory for all users using for business or company purposes to receive training for REACH Compliance, regardless of whether you are using it at home or on-site. All users of PU products must be trained and certified on how to safely handle products containing diisocyanates. Training is provided free of charge by REACH, click for more info.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FROTH-PAK NOZZLE STANDARD AND FROTH-PAK NOZZLE FAN?
The Froth-Pak Nozzle Standard and Froth-Pak Nozzle Fan are specialized nozzles designed for precise PU foam application. The Nozzle Standard has a standard spray pattern, while the Nozzle Fan is a fan-shaped spray pattern, offering broader coverage.
HOW RAPIDLY DOES THE FOAM HARDEN?
The foam from the Froth-Pak insulation system typically hardens into a robust structure within approx. 5 minutes, ensuring swift and efficient application.
IS FROTH-PAK SUITABLE FOR PROFESSIONAL USE?
Froth-Pak is designed specifically for commercial use with closed-cell PU foam, straightforward on-site application, and its capacity to deliver outstanding air sealing and insulation in the tightest most difficult-to-reach spots. Moreover, the foam provides structural support, noise reduction, and moisture and smoke resistance, making it an ideal choice for professional applications.
DOES FROTH-PAK OFFER STRUCTURAL BENEFITS?
Yes, it does. The closed-cell PU foam forms a rigid structure, enhancing the structural integrity of the areas it is applied to, bolstering strength and durability.
CAN FROTH-PAK RESIST MOISTURE AND SMOKE?
In a word, yes, it does, making it well-suited for environments where these factors are an issue.
