Orders received after our 2pm cut-off may be despatched the next working day.

Parcel orders placed before the 2pm cut-off are sent out on a Standard Next Working Day service.

Dispatch & Cut-Off
- Dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- 12:00pm cut-off for same-day dispatch
- Orders placed after 12:00pm are dispatched the next working day
Delivery Options
- FREE Next Working Day Delivery (Monday-Friday) - 12pm cut-off (Price on request)
- Saturday Delivery - is not available for this product.
- Some Postcodes may incur a surcharge
Delivery Method
- Delivered via curtain-sided lorry
- Delivery window: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Signature required on delivery
- Maximum waiting time: 20 minutes
- This is not a timed delivery service. AM or PM delivery slots can be arranged at an additional cost of £30.00 - please contact us to book.
Next Day Delivery Refunds
- Next Day delivery is not guranteed. No compensation is offered for failed or missed deliveries.
Residential Deliveries
- Kerb-side delivery only
- Customers must be able to unload items weighing up to 25kg
- Drivers are unable to assist with unloading
- The delivery driver will call in advance of arrival
If access is restricted, the driver may request to meet as close to the property as possible.
Business Deliveries
- Please advise us in advance if you do not have forklift access.
- Options include:
- Tail-lift delivery (additional charge)
- Hand unloading at your own risk
Important Notes
- Large vehicle access must be confirmed before dispatch
- Items cannot be left without a signature
- International shipping is available - please contact us with your full ship-to delivery address.
Access & Delivery Responsibility
- Some products are delivered on large vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us before dispatch of any access restrictions, including: Narrow roads or lanes, Low bridges, Restricted turning circles, Parked vehicles
- Failure to notify us in advance may result in additional charges or re-delivery costs.
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues, no one being available to receive the order, or refusal to accept incurred charges, any failed delivery or return costs will be deducted from your refund.

- Orders placed after the stated cut-off time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times & Availability
- Delivery services and lead times vary by product and location.
- Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options may not be available for all UK locations.
- Delivery services are not guaranteed, and AB Building Products Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control.
- We strongly advise not booking trades or installation work until you have received and checked your order.
